Hang Ties

Hang Ties

Every man usually has a large selection of ties that he owns. He may have a drawer where he simply stores the ties. However, ties in a drawer can get wrinkled and require ironing before wearing. Hanging ties can prevent this problem from occurring. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Purchase a tie rack. A standard tie rack holds a dozen or more ties. Most tie racks have numerous pegs that you can hang the ties across. There are also tie racks that you can use to clip the ties onto.

2. Plan to hang up all of your silk ties. Ties that are made from knit can stretch out when hung up, so it is recommended that you store them in a drawer instead.

3. Undo your tie. Before you hang up the ties on the tie rack, the knots should be undone. Smooth them out on a flat surface before you store them away.

4. Place the tie on one of the pegs. The tie should be facing upwards when placed on the tie rack.

5. Center the tie on the rack. To prevent slippage, the tie should be centered on the peg. If it is a clip hanger, it does not matter where you clip the tie.
