2. Walk around. Sometimes, the best sample sales are the ones you stumble upon while looking for something else. Every weekend, SoHo has samples sales that can be found listed on flyers and sidewalk billboards. Also, check out the Garment District (34th to 40th streets, between 5th and 9th avenues) for flyers as well.
3. Check out local listings in newspapers and magazines for weekly sales. New York Magazine and Time Out New York are always winners
