Build A Stylish Wardrobe

Build a Stylish Wardrobe

We all want to keep up with the world of fashion. Each new season, new clothing lines are unveiled, making what's in our closets look outdated. But what do you do when your wallet won't let you buy everything that is current and modern? You need to find inexpensive ways to be up to date.

Instructions

1. Clean out your closet. Try on your clothes to make sure they fit properly and that the style isn't too outdated. Create a pile of clothes that you can take to a consignment shop to sell in order to fund your new wardrobe.

2. Head to the nearest newsstand for some copies of fashion magazines. If you are handy with a sewing machine, you may be able to take some of the clothes you have and tailor them into something new and updated.

3. Swap clothes with family and friends. If you happen to have people close to you that are the same size, you can increase your wardrobe for free by swapping clothes with each other.

4. Save the coupons you get in the mail for clothing stores. If you catch a good sale and combine it with your coupon, you may end up paying a fraction of the cost. This is a good way to stretch a small clothing budget.

5. Visit 'Ebay.com' to see what you can find for sale. A lot of times, you can find designer clothes for half the cost of what you would pay in a department store.
