A shadowy figure informs you of an impending theft on Counterfeit Island in the online game "Poptropica." Someone plans to steal Edvard Munch's "The Scream," and you must get a job at the museum and sneak into the place at night to catch the thief -- or so you're told. You have to travel through the Underground Tunnel and solve a puzzle to open a secret door, then use the supply room key you received when you were hired at the museum to get into the museum proper. Be prepared for a twist in the story, though, because that shadowy figure can't be trusted.
Instructions
1. Collect the six pieces of the torn picture from the mast of the ship at the docks, the sand dune at the docks, the roof of the museum, the museum supply closet, the outdoor windowsill of the Moldy Baguette Inn and the interior of the Underground Tunnel.
2. Travel to the docks and speak to the shadowy figure at the exit to the Underground Tunnel.
3. Enter the tunnel and follow the path until you reach a wooden ladder ascending upward. Climb the ladder.
4. Click on the hatch above you at the top of the ladder, which shows a gargoyle similar to the one that appears in the torn picture. Arrange the gargoyle's eyes, brows, horns, mouth and tongue so it matches the one in the torn picture, then click the panel at the top of the hatch to open the door.
5. Go up through the hatch. Walk right to the locked supply closet door. Open your items case and highlight the key, then click "Use" to open the door.
