The armoire will organize your glitzy fashion accessories, allowing you to keep your necklaces, bracelets and earrings tangle-free, while creating an artistic addition to your room's decor. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Measure the width of your cupboard door. Using this measurement, cut two 1-by-4-inch boards using a jigsaw or miter saw. These are the top and bottom to your armoire frame.

2. Measure the length of your cupboard door. Subtract the thickness of the of the top and bottom frame boards. Cut two 1-by-4 boards using this measurement. These are the sides of your frame.

3. Stand each of the four cut boards on one of their long edges. Position the boards into a frame shape. Place the top and bottom boards over the ends of the side boards. Adjust the edges and corners so they are even.

4. Drill two pilot holes at each corner, from the outside of the top and bottom frame boards into the ends of the side boards, using a 1/32-inch drill bit. Place 1 1/2-inch wood screws into the pilot holes and attach using a screwdriver.

5. Place a scrap piece of recycled window screen over the frame. This is the back of the frame. Use a staple gun to staple the screen to the back of the frame. Staple on all four edges of the frame. Trim the edges of the screen even with the back edge of the frame using utility scissors. The screen is to hang earrings from.

6. Attach your desired hanging hardware to the top, center on the back of the frame.

7. Lay the armoire frame with the front side facing up. Place the cupboard door over the frame and align the edges. Measure and mark the outer left side of the frame for the desired placement of two hinges. Remove the door. Place one flap of each hinge over the marks. Drill pilot holes. Insert the screws in the holes and attach. Lay the door back over the frame aligning the edges. Holding the door in place on the left side, open the door to stand straight up. Place the loose flaps of the hinges against the inside of the door. Drill pilot holes at the marks. Do not drill through to the front of the door. Insert the hinge screws in the holes and attach.

8. Lean the armoire against a wall or stable surface. Open the door. Screw three cup hooks on each side of the inner frame, from the front edge to the back, 1 inch from the top of the frame. These are to hang necklaces and bracelets from.
