11. Select a check design. Click on an image to proceed to the next Web page.
12. Provide the following information: name, address, city, state, ZIP, phone number, and bank name and address. Click "Next" and proceed to the next Web page.
13. Provide Web approval with your initials. Click "Next."
14. Bypass promotional offers and proceed to the checkout cart.
15. Provide your billing information for shipping and handling costs.

16. Contact your bank or open a Web browser to the official website. Request new checks for a specified account.
17.Ask about design options. If directed to the website, proceed accordingly and view online images.
