Find the cell towers (and providers) closest to your location.
Finding out where your mobile phone will work is important, especially if you haven't bought it yet. Getting a good idea of which providers will work in which location is vitally important to choosing cell service. Most network providers supply a coverage map to potential customers, but these can be notoriously optimistic, and often won't show accurate displays of regular cell reception and data access. Finding the towers themselves with an online database can make the difference in your provider selection.
