Verizon is a company that offers both home and cell phone services as well as Internet and television services. You may be experiencing problems with one of your Verizon services, or you could want to purchase a new cell phone. These things can be accomplished by visiting a local Verizon store. You can find a Verizon store using the official Verizon website. Users with VZ Navigator enabled on their cell phones can also use Navigator to locate a Verizon store.
Instructions
Wireless Services
1. Go to the Verizon website at www.verizon.com. Click "Store Locator" in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Click the "Go" tab in the "Wireless Services" box.
3. Enter your ZIP code in the text box on the left side of the screen.
4. Click "Find" located to the right of the ZIP code box. A list of Verizon stores as well as the contact information for each store will appear on the screen.
Home Phone, Internet or TV Services
5. Go to the Verizon homepage and click the "Store Locator" link at the top right of the page.
6. Click the drop box in the "Home Phone, Internet or TV Services" box.
7. Select your state and click "Go." Not every state will be listed, as Verizon does not offer these three services in all 50 states.
8. Scroll through the listed stores on the next Web page to find the nearest Verizon store. Both Verizon retail stores and Verizon retail partners will be listed on this page.
Using VZ Navigator
9. Open VZ Navigator on your phone.
10. Scroll to "Local Search."
11. Go down to the "Category" option and press the right arrow button on your phone.
12. Scroll down until you find the "Verizon Wireless Stores" option.
13. Press "OK." Do so again and VZ Navigator will search for Verizon stores in your area.
