Troubleshot A Leappad

Dying batteries can also cause your LeapPad to be non-responsive.

As your child uses the LeapPad Learning System, she may encounter problems that you need to troubleshoot. Problems such as the system not powering on or connection error messages may be resolved by troubleshooting. You can even troubleshoot problems with the system not recognizing your child's cartridges. By troubleshooting the problems at home, you may avoid waiting for a customer service representative when you contact the company.
