Choose an area in your closet, and begin organizing your purse collection immediately. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Purchase fabric in any color or pattern that matches the room and decor where you will be hanging your purse holder. Measure 5 inches from one edge of the fabric, and make a mark. Then, measure down 40 inches from the top of the fabric, and make another mark.

2. Cut out the piece of fabric. It should measure 40 inches long and 5 inches wide. Lay the patterned side of the fabric down, and fold in 1/2 inch on each edge. Use the fabric glue to tack the edge down so that you create a neat edge.

3. Cut out seven strips of additional fabric that measure about 6 inches long and 3 inches wide. Use the fabric glue to make a small hem on each of these pieces as well.

4. Use the fabric crayon to make the spot where you will place each strip of fabric. Place one loop at the first mark, and insert the base of a snap fastener. On the other end of the fabric, press the attaching unit of the snap fastener in place. Repeat this process for the seven other snaps.

5. Hang the handbag holder by pressing a thumbtack through the fabric into the wall. You can also pound a nail into the wall, make a small hole with scissors at the top of the holder and slide the holder over the nail.
