The Sacrificial Chamber in "Fallout: New Vegas" is located in Vault 11. The chamber was included in the vault as a social experiment for the vault inhabitants. The vault overseer goes down to the Sacrificial Chamber due to the computer's mandates that a sacrifice is sent every year to prevent the rest of the vault population from being sacrificed. You encounter this chamber deep inside Vault 11.
Instructions
1. Open your map, and travel to El Dorado Dry Lakes. You can fast-travel to this map location. Walk due north of the lake to reach Vault 11. Look to your left to see the vault entrance. Enter the vault, and fight the enemies at the entrance.
2. Pick up the Vault 11 jumpsuits as you walk through the vault. Go down the stairs until you reach the flooded, bottom-most level. Open the lockers you find to loot the differential pressure controller. You don't need this item for any part of the Vault 11 quests, but you will need it for a future quest.
3. Continue down the passageway, and enter the Atrium area. Pick up the holodisk you find in this room, and listen to it for the password to the Sacrificial Chamber. Backtrack to the stairs, and enter the Overseer's office.
4. Use the terminal in the Overseer's office. The password unlocks a hidden tunnel underneath the computer. Head down the tunnel. At the end of this hallway, you'll enter the Sacrificial Chamber.
